Pink Chaddi campaign

Pink chaddi campaign’s fire is not doused out yet. So is the ire of the Rama Sene. Smoke is still seen coming up. The Pink Chaddis will be useful for Rama Sene on the Day of Holi. They can put those chaddis on Holika and burn them. The pink chaddis will turn into black then into ashes. All the evils and sins will vanish into thin air. Ha, Ha, What a way to celebrate Holi!

The girls who tried to humiliate Rama Sene got annoyed when the humiliation backfired at them as SMSes. Why they become timid? If they cannot face further problems why did they join the campaign? If they say women are weaker sex, it is absolutely true. It is of no use trying to be modern. These girls will understand real life and men in their life only after marriage. It doesn’t mean I support Rama Sene’s atrocities towards girls. They have no right to beat up girls. It was a thoughtless action from them. But today’s generation should understand the moral value and value of relationship.

See the way the boys holding the chaddis, with only two fingers at the edge to display them. Why can’t they hold them close to their hearts and say we are with our girls if they really want to support them?

I still remember this past incident. It was long ago when two young electrian came to our house for wiring. We would hang our undergarments to dry on the clothesline in the bathroom. When the boys climbed on the stool they found the garments hanging above their heads obstructing their work. They told me to remove them. Instead I asked them to take them out and give them to me. They removed them from the clothesline as if they touching any disgusting creature, holding them with only two fingers at the edge and suddenly threw them at my face. My sister-in-law who was standing near me suppressed her laughter and run away from there to laugh aloud. Their action didn’t surprise me, I knew they would do it, instead I got annoyed.

Men have no problem when touching women or sleeping with them. But they cannot touch the ladies undergarments. Isn’t it strange? Is it a matter of dignity or disgust? May be both. Women at home have to wash male members’ dirty undergarments. Men cannot find out their socks, ties and clothes without the help of women at home (mother, sister or wife) when they want to go out. Men are so helpless like children. If men think they are physically strong why do they depend on women for everything? Male and female are physically different and hormones are different, I agree. Males have hard muscular system, whereas females have soft and plumb body. If women were hard bodied like men pregnancy and childbirth would be tough for them. Men don’t have to do it. That’s why Nature has made male and female different. Comparatively men are more aggressive and impulsive than women. Be them rural or urban there is no different in their attitudes. I know men and women cannot be equal in any way. But they should understand women’s problems and to be kind to women. That’s it.
